When your order status changes from "processing" to "completed" it does not mean your order is ready to ship.  It means that we have started the assembly process, or we're packing the items to get ready to ship.  

    When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email that is entitled "Invoice From Cane Creek Cycling" and the invoice will be attached to that email.  The tracking number for the shipping service selected will be at the bottom of that attached invoice.
