Cane Creek shocks require not only specialty knowledge, but specialty tools as well; tools that the home mechanic will most likely not have at home (ex. vaccuum bleeder, nitrogen fill). For this reason, we leave the servicing to the pros. We have many Authorized Service Centers throughout the world who have received the proper training and have the proper tools required. Attempting service without these proper tools and knowledge can result in a shock that doesn't work properly, or worse; cause injury.

If you are a suspension service center that is interested in becoming an authorized service center, you can find more info on that HERE
